We provide weekly service throughout the peak growing season, typically from late spring through early fall. At the beginning and end of the season, when grass growth naturally slows down, we adjust to biweekly visits based on how your yard is responding. This ensures your lawn is only being cut when it actually needs it.
Weekly mowing follows the one-third rule, which means we only remove the top third of the grass blade each visit. This is the standard recommended by turf professionals because it promotes deeper root growth, reduces stress on the grass, and keeps your lawn thick and healthy. Biweekly mowing during peak season forces us to cut too much at once, which can leave behind clumps, thin out your turf, and create an uneven appearance. Weekly service is how we deliver consistent, high-quality results every time.
Every visit includes a full-service treatment: mowing, edging along sidewalks and driveways, trimming around obstacles like fences and garden beds, and blowing all hard surfaces clean. We also send you before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what was done.
We want you to love your lawn after every visit. If something doesn't look right, reach out to us and we will come back to fix it at no additional charge. If you're still not satisfied after the re-service, we will refund that visit in full.
You do not need to be home. Just let us know about any gate codes, pets, or anything else we should be aware of when we arrive. We will take care of everything and send you photos when the job is complete.
If weather prevents us from servicing your lawn on the scheduled day, our crew will make it up as soon as conditions allow, typically within one to two days. If the ground is too saturated to mow safely without damaging your lawn, we will communicate that with you directly.
We ask that pets are brought inside and any toys, hoses, or small items are picked up from the lawn before our crew arrives. Our team will work around larger items like furniture or play sets, but clearing the lawn helps us deliver the best results and avoids any accidental damage.

Your card is charged automatically right after each service is completed — you only pay for work that's been done. You can view invoices, update your payment method, and manage your account anytime through the customer portal. There are no hidden fees and your price stays the same every visit.
